• What do you mean by “real ownership in real businesses?”

We mean that each youth accepted as an Agentic Innovator will be a co-owner of the venture building efforts associated with our pilot program, and potentially beyond. 

Agentic Studios, Inc. will own the majority of the venture building efforts, but a significant percentage will be reserved for Agentic Innovators.

This ownership structure means that the youth who join us partner with us not as a student, employee, or member, but as a co-owner. We’re all aligned to a single goal: building successful companies together.

• Who is the team behind Agentic Studios?

We’re so glad you asked! There are four co-founders who have a passion for building companies and empowering youth. Their combined experience includes:
• building and selling three companies in the healthcare industry using AI
• founding and operating seven businesses (retail, media, construction, manufacturing)
• helping 500+ individuals start and grow businesses in Albuquerque and beyond
• operating an award-winning multi-million dollar software agency
• investing in 50 unique startups in New Mexico and beyond
• launching an RV Park successfully, with vision to be a national brand

• How much does the program cost? Is there tuition or a membership fee?

Participation in the pilot program does not require financial investment. Rather, it requires your time and dedication. Because we believe in the innovative potential of youth, we are partnering with them to build businesses rather than charging tuition or membership fees.

We’re not a school, we’re a company that builds high-growth ventures alongside youth innovators.

This model means that we are completely aligned in our goals: We all win when we build successful companies. It’s real risk, and real rewards, for everyone.

We make money via the success of the businesses we create together–not from tuition or fees. The youth who join us do so as partners, not students, employees, or members.

• What do you mean by Agentic?

We define “Agentic” as the ability to take purposeful action, make independent decisions, and shape the future. As our ventures harness AI, the word may take on a new dimension, hinting at intelligent systems designed to act with their own kind of agency.

• I am not aged 13-23. Can I still participate?

Right now we’re focused on partnering with youth aged 13-23, but please express interest if you fall outside this age range but still want to get involved somehow. There are many roles needed to build successful ventures!

• When is the deadline to express interest?

Complete our interest form by January 10 for priority consideration, though submissions will continue to be reviewed on an ongoing basis.

• Can I participate remotely or hybrid with Agentic Studios?

Right now we’re focused on finding up to 10 Agentic Innovators who are able to build ventures with us full time, on site. While we all have deep experience with leading and managing remote teams, we know that working together on site is key for building trust, moving quickly, and becoming the best versions of ourselves.
